Our refund policy is as follows: we will refund or exchange any unopened or unused product within 15 days of purchase. Customers must inform us at Easy Day within 3 days of the date of purchase of their desire to return. All products are subject to a 10% restocking fee and shipping costs are not eligible for refunds.
Our manufacturing facilities are registered with the FDA and our products are manufactured according to FDA guidelines.
To initiate a return, customers must follow the guidelines below exactly:
Obtain a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) from our support team by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
Ship the items to the address provided by customer service when you are given your RMA.
Ship the product back exactly as it was delivered.
All returns must be shipped to Easy Day Supplements attention return department. We recommend shipping returned products by UPS or FedEx with tracking, as the risk of loss in shipping the returned product shall fall solely upon the customer. If the returned product is not received at Easy Day's shipping center, it is the responsibility of the customer to trace the shipment and no credit will be applied.
The customer will be refunded the full cost of the item if the product and package are found to be in satisfactory condition. A full refund is defined as the cost to the customer minus any and all costs to Easy Day Supplements. Easy Day Supplements will not be liable for returning shipping and processing costs to customers after the initial order placement.
The 30-day money-back guarantee only applies to damaged products and is not eligible after the customer has used or opened any product.
