Orders & shipping
Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. Transit is usually 3–7 business days depending on your location. You’ll get tracking as soon as the carrier scans the package.
We ship within the United States. If you need an international option, contact us and we’ll see what we can do.
We run free-shipping promotions and thresholds from time to time. Current offers are shown at checkout and on the cart page.
Returns & refunds
We accept returns on unopened items in original condition within 30 days of delivery, unless otherwise noted on the product page. Opened items may not be eligible for refund, contact us and we’ll review your situation.
Email or message our support team with your order number. We’ll send steps and, if approved, a return address or label when applicable.
Products
Keep bottles closed, in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight unless the label says otherwise. Follow any storage notes on the product label.
Yes. We list ingredients and amounts clearly so you know exactly what you’re taking, no proprietary blends hiding doses.
Your account & orders
If it hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update or cancel it. Contact us as soon as you can, once it’s with the carrier, we’ll need to use returns instead.
