SHIPPING POLICY
We usually ships via USPS within 24 hours of your order being placed. We do not ship on weekends and holidays, and orders placed on those days will depart on the next business day.
FAILED DELIVERIES
Easy Day will attempt delivery once a product is returned to Easy Day Returns due to the customer providing a wrong address or missing delivery. Easy Day withholds the right to charge additional shipping costs to fulfill items. For the second shipping attempt, the customer must provide a valid address. If shipping fails twice, Easy Day will not ship the package, and the customer will be refunded the total amount minus any applicable processing & shipping costs to Easy Day.
DAMAGE FROM SHIPPING
Our products are tested for quality to align with our highest quality product standards, and all shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. Upon delivery of your order, please check the product carefully to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged merchandise must be made within 48 hours.
Please get in touch with us and provide detailed information for any product damaged during shipping within that time. In addition, please include a complete description of the damages to the product and pictures to support@easydayorganics.com.

INTERNATIONAL AND FPO/APO SHIPPING
Easy Day currently ships internationally to all countries.
All of our international orders are shipped via UPS and take 7-10 days for delivery (unless your address qualifies for other UPS shipping options.) FPO/APO addresses may go via USPS.
Rates vary based on total weight and final destination. Pricing does not include duties, insurance costs, or value-added taxes. If assessed, these charges are the responsibility of the package recipient, who their local Customs office will bill.
Easy Day strictly follows all national and international regulations regarding the sale, purchase, and shipment of any product or product ingredients considered restricted or prohibited by any law within the United States or abroad.
FREE SHIPPING
This Service is provided free of charge for customers that place an order over $100. No tracking is given on free shipping orders, and the customer must select standard shipping with tracking If they require it.
REFUNDS
Easy Day does not issue refunds for any order that is refused or abandoned by the intended recipient/s, orders that cannot be delivered due to an address error, or orders seized by Customs. Easy Day will not refund any shipping costs for a returned order. Gear items are non-refundable. All supplement Products are subject to a 20% Re-stocking fee. The customer agrees to these shipping policies upon purchase of individual products.
